Donation Refund Policy
All donations made through this website are subject to the following:
- You agree to donate towards a designated CADRA Campaign as selected by you.
- There will be NO REFUNDS.
- In the event of a discrepancy or error with your online transaction, please contact donorinfo@Canada-Africa.org. Please include your name, telephone number and the date and amount of your transaction as well as your online transaction number.
- CADRA is committed to ensuring all discrepancies are resolved within 10-15 business days.
Pricing and Currency
All donations made through this website are in Canadian Dollars and all donations will be processed in Canadian Dollars. For non-Canadian residents your exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company. Charges on your bill will be in your own home currency. Taxes
Donations will not have taxes applied.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CADRA and any of its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against all claims, liability, losses, losses, damages, expenses, and costs, arising out of your use of this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.
